Product Description

This is a custom-made nail tip service that will create your desired look from scratch. You can freely combine shapes (stiletto, ballerina, almond, etc.), lengths, colors, patterns, and even 3D elements. From special events like weddings, coming-of-age ceremonies, concerts, and fan activities, to simple designs for everyday use, we will deliver a one-of-a-kind nail tip.

Ordering process

1. inquiry

   • Instagram DM : Scan the QR code on this page and send us your request via DM.

   • Email : support@jamila-ec.com with your request.

2. Design hearing
   Please let us know your desired design image (color, motif, reference image, etc.) and your nail size. If you are unsure how to measure, please feel free to contact us.

3. Estimate and confirmation
   We will propose a design and quote, and once you are satisfied with the content, we will begin production.

4. Production period
   After payment is confirmed, we usually produce and ship within 7 to 10 days. However, during busy periods or if the design is complex, it may take additional time.

5. Delivery
   We will ship the finished product. If you have any concerns about size or fitment, please feel free to contact us.

Precautions

• As this is a completely custom-made product, we ask that you refrain from canceling or making major changes once the design has been finalized.

• We cannot accept copyrighted or trademarked logos or characters.

• The color may differ from the actual product depending on the monitor and shooting environment.

• The 3D parts and long tips are delicate. Avoid wet work or rough movements, and peel them off slowly and carefully when removing them.

• Please measure your nail size yourself. If you are unsure about how to measure, please consult us in advance.
