Product description

A fully custom nail tip service that brings your ideas to life from scratch. Choose your shape (including stiletto, ballerina, or almond), length, colors, patterns, and 3D embellishments. From weddings, coming-of-age ceremonies, concerts, and fan events to simple everyday designs, we create a one-of-a-kind set for you.

How to order

1. Contact us
   Instagram DM: Scan the QR code on this page and send us your request.
   Email: Send your request to support@jamila-ec.com.
2. Design consultation
   Tell us your preferred colors, motifs, reference images, and nail sizes. If you are unsure how to measure your nails, please ask us.
3. Quote and confirmation
   We will provide a design proposal and quote. Production begins after you approve the details.
4. Production and dispatch
   We dispatch your order within 5–10 business days after payment and confirmation of your nail sizes and specifications. Business days exclude weekends and Japanese public holidays. Shipping transit time is additional.
5. Delivery
   We will ship your finished set. Please contact us if you have questions about sizing or application.

Please note

• As each set is fully custom made, please avoid cancellations or major changes once the design has been finalized.
• We cannot accept requests for copyrighted or trademarked logos or characters.
• Colors may appear different depending on your screen and the lighting used in photographs.
• 3D embellishments and long tips are delicate. Avoid chores involving water and vigorous activity, and remove the tips slowly and carefully.
• Please measure your own nails. If you are unsure how to measure them, contact us before ordering.

What to include in your inquiry

Please send the following information so we can help you smoothly:

• Name: Your social media handle is also fine.
• Nail sizes: The width of each nail, from thumb to little finger, in millimeters.
• Preferred shape: For example, stiletto, ballerina, or almond.
• Colors and design: Include motifs and links to reference images, if available.
• Planned wear date and preferred delivery date: Let us know the event or date you have in mind.
• Other requests: Such as size adjustments or embellishment preferences.
