How to Buy
From your favourite design to your fingertips.
Choose a design, then tell us the nail width for each of your ten fingers. Follow these six steps to place your first order.
Choose your design, shape and length
Open a design in our shop and check the product and wearing photos, price, nail shape and length.
Each listed design is made in its specified shape. For a different shape or design, contact us about a fully custom order before purchasing.
Measure all ten nails
Place a soft measuring tape across the widest part of each nail, following its curve from side to side. Record the width in millimetres for every finger on both hands, from thumb to little finger.
Our sizing and application guide also explains how to use a strip of paper. Open the measuring and size-chart button on the product page to see the chart for that design.
Enter your sizes and add to cart
Enter the requested nail width for each finger on the product page. XS, S, M and L are reference presets for filling the fields together. Check and adjust all ten values against your own measurements.
Select any available add-ons you need, check the quantity and subtotal, then choose “Add to cart”.
Your measurements help us select sizes. They do not guarantee exact finished dimensions or precision to 0.1 mm. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Review your order and pay
Check the design, left- and right-hand sizes, quantity, add-ons and prices in your cart, then proceed to checkout.
Enter your contact and delivery details. Choose from the shipping and payment methods shown, and check the total including shipping before placing your order. If your payment method requires another step or later payment, follow the on-screen and email instructions to complete it.
Confirmation, making and dispatch
We dispatch within 5–10 business days after payment and confirmation of your sizes and specifications. Weekends and Japanese public holidays are excluded. Delivery takes additional time.
Check your order confirmation email. We will contact you if we need to clarify anything, and email you when your order ships.
If you need your nails for a particular date, contact us before ordering. International delivery times can vary with customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
Check your set and enjoy wearing it
When your order arrives, check the nails and accessories. Follow our sizing and application guide for application and removal.
For help with fit or application, contact us with your order number and clear photos. Please report defects, damage or an incorrect item within three days of delivery.
Before you order
Can I ask for help before measuring?
Yes. Send us the product link, what you are unsure about, and your intended wearing date. If you do not know your sizes, contact us by Instagram DM, email or the contact form before ordering rather than guessing.
What about accessories and fully custom orders?
Accessories do not require nail measurements. Check the item and quantity, then proceed to your cart and checkout. Add-ons such as super-long length are selected on the relevant nail-tip product page.
Fully custom orders begin with a consultation about design, shape, length and budget. Once the specifications and quote are agreed, follow the ordering and payment instructions we provide.
What if the sizes do not fit when they arrive?
Made-to-order nail tips cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled for customer preference or sizing reasons. Please contact us about the fit issue. Paid remaking of individual tips may be available; we will confirm feasibility and a quote after reviewing your request.
Defects, damage and incorrect items are handled separately. Please read our returns, exchanges and shipping policy.
Ordering from Taiwan or the United Arab Emirates
Check your delivery country or region and the shipping options and cost at checkout. Japan’s free-shipping threshold does not apply to international orders. Any applicable import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders to Taiwan and the UAE include adhesive tabs, a nail file and a wooden stick. Alcohol pads and liquid nail glue are not included.
