The tip shape for each SHOP design is fixed. Order the design and shape shown on the product page and specify a size for each finger. Check the product details for lengths and available options.

For a different design, shape or length, ask us about a bespoke order. We can suggest a shape from our range of 15 tip types.

Please contact us about a bespoke order before purchasing if you would like to change colours, embellishments or the design. Share your reference images and the date you plan to wear your nails, and we will discuss the available options and price.

Of course. Start with a favourite colour or the occasion you have in mind. You do not need to have chosen a shape or measured your nails yet. We will explore designs and tip shapes with you.

Send them by Instagram DM or email. The result will vary with the materials and techniques used. We do not accept requests to reproduce copyrighted or trademarked logos or characters.

Measure bare nails without polish or gel. Place a flexible tape measure across the widest part of each nail, following its curve from edge to edge. Record the measurement in millimetres.

Measure all ten nails separately, from thumb to little finger on each hand. See our sizing and application guide for details.

Wrap a strip of paper around the widest part of your nail and mark both edges. Lay the paper flat and measure between the marks with a ruler. Follow the nail’s curve without wrapping the paper too tightly.

Open “View size chart” on the product page to check the chart for that tip shape. Using the measurements of all ten nails, enter your requested nail width in millimetres for each finger. Presets are reference values only. Review and adjust each finger after applying a preset.

The values you enter are your requested nail widths. They do not guarantee the finished tip dimensions or finishing accuracy to 0.1 mm. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Please check the payment screen and any instructions from your payment provider for fees and payment deadlines.

Nail tips are dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment and your sizes and specifications are confirmed. Tools and accessories are dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and Japanese public holidays. Delivery time is additional. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering.

Shipping within Japan is free on orders of ¥5,500 or more, including tax. This offer does not apply to international shipping.

Shipping methods and rates depend on the destination and the weight of your order. Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Included accessories are alcohol pads, wooden sticks, nail files and adhesive tabs for preparation and application.

Remove oils from the surface of your nails, then apply the tips with the included adhesive tabs. Follow the enclosed instructions and our sizing and application guide.

With NFS Nail Tip Gummy, cure the gel on your natural nail under a UV/LED lamp without the tip in place, then attach the tip.

For Beauty Nailer nail adhesive (NEN-1), apply a thin layer to the underside of the tip where it overlaps your nail. Let it dry until transparent before applying the tip.

Curing, drying and removal methods differ by product. Always follow the product page and the instructions on the packaging.

Long tips and 3D embellishments are delicate. Avoid strong impacts and wet household tasks, and remove the tips slowly and carefully. Store them away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.

Stop using adhesive tabs or glue if they irritate your skin.

Made-to-order nail tips cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled for personal reasons. If you are unsure about sizing or specifications, please ask us before ordering.

Defects, damage and incorrect items are handled separately. See our returns and shipping policy for details.

For items that are not made to order, returns for personal reasons are accepted only if the item is unused and unopened. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing the details, we will arrange an exchange or refund. We cover shipping costs related to defective or incorrectly delivered items.
