About nail sizing samples
To reduce the wait for sample delivery and size confirmation, we guide you through measuring your nails at home and do not send sizing samples in advance.

Measure bare nails
Your nails should be free from polish and gel before measuring.
Measure all ten separately
The same finger can differ between hands. Check every nail from thumb to little finger.
Follow the curve, in mm
Measure the widest part of the nail along its curve. Do not include the surrounding skin.
With a measuring tape
Use a flexible measuring tape
Align the zero mark with one edge
Place the zero line, rather than the physical end of the tape, at one side of your nail.
Follow the curve
Keep that point in place and gently follow the curve of the nail. Avoid gaps or pulling the tape too tightly.
Read the mark at the other edge
Read where the tape meets the opposite edge of the nail and record the width in millimetres. If you cannot start at zero, subtract the starting reading from the ending reading.

The images illustrate the method. Do not use the numbers shown as your nail width; measure your own nails and record the results in millimetres.
An alternative method
No tape? Use paper and a ruler
You will need a narrow strip of paper, a physical ruler and a pen. You only need to use one of the two measuring methods.
Follow the curve with paper
Place a narrow strip of paper across the widest part of your nail. Follow the curve without wrapping it too tightly.
Mark both nail edges
Keep the paper still and make a fine mark at each edge of the nail, leaving two marks on the paper.
Remove the paper and lay it flat
Take the marked paper off your nail and lay it flat on a table. Do not stretch the paper.
Measure between the marks
Align one mark with zero on the ruler and measure to the other in millimetres. Measure between the marks, not from the paper’s edge.
Check your units: 1 cm = 10 mm / Example: 1.4 cm = 14 mm

Use all ten measurements to enter your requested widths
Refer to the chart for your chosen product and shape
Check the size chart for the tip shape on the product page. Using the measurements of all ten nails, enter your requested nail width in millimetres for each finger.
Presets are reference values only. Review and adjust the values for every finger on both hands to match your nail widths.
The values you enter are your requested nail widths. They do not guarantee the finished tip dimensions or finishing accuracy to 0.1 mm.

Apply your nail tips
Apply with the included adhesive tabs
Check the size and direction of each tip before applying it to a clean, dry nail. Follow the enclosed instructions for handling the adhesive tabs.
Check the size and direction
Before adding adhesive, place each tip against your nail to check the fit and which end sits at the base.
Clean and dry your nails
Wipe away oil and dirt from the nail surface, then allow it to dry completely.
Choose the tab size
Choose an adhesive tab that does not extend beyond your nail. Check its size against the nail before applying.
Apply the adhesive tab
Apply the tab according to the enclosed instructions and smooth it onto the nail, without overlapping the surrounding skin.
Remove the protective film
If your tabs have a protective film, remove only the top film, leaving the adhesive tab in place. Follow the enclosed instructions for the structure and handling of your tabs.
Position and press the tip
Align the tip without overlapping the surrounding skin, then press down to secure it.

Using a separately sold adhesive?
The method differs from adhesive tabs. Check the instructions for the product you are using.
NEN-1 nail adhesive
Apply a thin layer to the underside of the tip where it overlaps your nail. Allow it to dry until transparent before applying.

Take care when removing your tips.
Do not pull or force them off. Follow the removal instructions for the adhesive tabs or glue you used.
Stop using tabs or glue if they irritate your skin. Store your tips away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
