2) Production Time

Ready to Ship: Orders placed by 3:00 PM JST ship next business day
Made to Order: 5–10 business days for production and quality check before shipping

3) Shipping Costs (Reference prices as of November 19, 2025)

United States: ¥830 (approx. $6 USD)
Canada: ¥510 (approx. $5 CAD)
United Arab Emirates: ¥510 (approx. 13 AED)

The prices above are reference prices in Japanese Yen. Actual shipping costs will be automatically calculated in your local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of your order. Exchange rates fluctuate daily, so the final amount may differ from the prices shown above. Please confirm the final shipping cost at checkout.

4) Delivery Time (Estimated)

United States: 7–14 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Arab Emirates: 7–14 business days

Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or local shipping conditions.

5) Returns & Exchanges

Unused items: Request within 7 days of delivery (customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns)
※ International return shipping costs can be expensive
Made-to-order items: Non-returnable except for defects
Defective items: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos → Replacement or refund

6) Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your country or region, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
These fees must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
Customs authorities determine the exact amount, so we cannot provide the cost in advance.
