1) How to Order

Choose a SHOP design and check its tip shape and length. The shape is fixed for each design.
Measure all ten bare nails separately, following the curve at the widest point. Refer to the chosen product's size chart and enter the requested width in millimetres for each finger. Presets are reference values: review and adjust every finger. See the sizing guide.
If you save your widths, they are stored only in this browser on this device, not in your customer account or across devices. Check all ten values before each order.
Choose only the additional options shown on the product page. For a different design, colour, shape or length, enquire about a bespoke order before purchasing. Send reference images, preferences and your intended use date by Instagram DM or email support@jamila-ec.com. We will confirm what we can make and the price before you order.
Choose from the payment methods available at checkout. Check the payment screen and your provider's instructions for any fees and payment deadlines.
We will send a shipping notification to the email address provided with your order.

2) Dispatch Time

Tools and accessories: We dispatch your order within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
Made-to-order nail tips: We dispatch your order within 5–10 business days after payment and your sizes and specifications are confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and Japanese public holidays. Transit time is additional.

3) Shipping Destinations & Fees

Shipping destinations: Japan, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Canada.

Japan — Nekopos (mailbox delivery): ¥350 nationwide for a shipping weight of up to 1 kg and within the service’s size limits, including a maximum thickness of 3 cm.
Japan — standard shipping (shipping weight 1,001–4,999 g): Hokkaido ¥1,200; northern Tohoku (Aomori, Akita and Iwate) ¥900; southern Tohoku (Miyagi, Yamagata and Fukushima) ¥850; Kanto, Koshinetsu and Hokuriku ¥750; Tokai ¥700; Kinki and Shikoku ¥650; Chugoku ¥600; Kyushu ¥500; Okinawa ¥1,100.
Japan — shipping weight of 5 kg or more: the standard shipping fee for the destination region plus ¥1,000.
Shipping within Japan is free for orders of ¥5,500 or more, including tax. This offer does not apply to international shipping.
Taiwan: Japan Post AIRPACKET (tracked) from ¥820, our store's base shipping rate for up to 200 g. EMS from ¥1,450, the base shipping rate for up to 500 g.
United Arab Emirates: Japan Post AIRPACKET (tracked) from ¥1,060, our store's base shipping rate for up to 200 g. EMS from ¥3,150, the base shipping rate for up to 500 g.
Other international shipping: United States ¥830; Canada ¥510.
Shipping fees to Taiwan and the United Arab Emirates vary by the shipping weight of your order. Above 200 g for AIRPACKET or 500 g for EMS, the fee increases according to the applicable weight band. AIRPACKET is available for shipments up to 2 kg, and EMS up to 30 kg.

Amounts shown are in Japanese yen. Check the final shipping fee at checkout for your destination, shipping method and shipping weight.

Postal compensation: AIRPACKET does not include compensation from the postal operator. Standard EMS postage includes compensation up to ¥20,000. Contact us if your shipment is missing or damaged. These postal-service compensation arrangements do not limit our legal responsibilities as the seller.

For nail-tip orders shipped to Taiwan or the United Arab Emirates, included accessories are limited to adhesive tabs, a nail file and a wooden stick. Alcohol pads and liquid nail adhesives are not included.
Beauty Nailer NEN-1 and NFS Nail Tip Gummy 20g are not currently available for orders shipped to Taiwan or the United Arab Emirates while transport requirements are being verified.

4) Transit Time After Dispatch

Both AIRPACKET and EMS to Taiwan and the United Arab Emirates include tracking. Transit time after dispatch varies with the shipping service, customs clearance, flights and local delivery conditions. This is additional to the production and dispatch period.

5) Returns & Exchanges

Items that are not made to order, such as tools and accessories: returns for personal reasons are accepted only if unused and unopened. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Made-to-order nail tips cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled for personal reasons. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure about sizes or specifications.
Defects, damage or incorrect items: contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After reviewing the details, we will arrange a replacement or refund. We cover shipping costs related to defective or incorrectly delivered items.

6) Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination. Any applicable duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. The amount and collection method depend on local requirements. Please check the charges displayed at checkout and any instructions from the carrier or customs authority.

7) Care & Safety

Before application: Remove oils and prep nails properly
Discontinue use and consult a doctor if skin irritation occurs
Storage: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity
