Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all users of our services and govern the relationship between the Company and users.

Article 2 (Account Registration & LINE Integration)

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information. When using LINE login integration, users must also comply with LINE's terms of service. Users are responsible for managing their account security.

Article 3 (Purchase)

A sales contract is established upon completion of the checkout process (product page display, cart, and payment completion). Cancellation of made-to-order products is not permitted in principle.

Article 4 (Payment)

Available payment methods are displayed on the product page and checkout screen (credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Payment timing follows each payment provider's terms.

※ For international orders, payment will be processed in your local currency (USD, CAD, AED, etc.). Exchange rates are automatically applied at the time of order.

Article 5 (Shipping & Delivery Time)

"Ready to Ship": Orders placed by 3:00 PM JST ship next business day / "Made to Order": 5–10 business days estimated. Delays may occur due to natural disasters, logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Article 6 (Returns & Exchanges)

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery (customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns). ※ International return shipping costs can be expensive.

Made-to-order products are non-returnable except for defects. For defective items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos attached.

Article 7 (International Shipping & Customs)

For international shipping, delivery time is estimated at 7–14 business days (delays may occur due to customs clearance or local shipping conditions).

Depending on your country or region, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery. The exact amount is determined by your local customs authorities, so we cannot provide the cost in advance.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on current exchange rates. For details, please refer to our "International Shopping Guide."

Article 8 (Size & Color Representation)

Colors may appear different from actual products due to monitor settings and other factors. Please use our size guide and sizing chip for accurate sizing.

Article 9 (Health & Safety)

Adhesives and tapes may not be suitable for all skin types. Please conduct a patch test before use and discontinue immediately if any adverse reactions occur.

Article 10 (Prohibited Activities)

The following activities are prohibited: violation of laws and regulations, false registration, resale purposes, unauthorized access, intellectual property infringement, fake reviews, and other fraudulent activities.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property)

All content on our services belongs to the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited. User-generated content (such as #JamilaHands posts) may be used by the Company for promotional purposes on a royalty-free basis (see posting guidelines for details).

Article 12 (Service Changes & Interruptions)

The Company may change, suspend, or terminate services with prior notice.

Article 13 (Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability)

The Company's liability is limited to ordinary damages and capped at the purchase price, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 14 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court as the court of first instance.

※ For international transactions, Japanese law applies and Japanese courts have jurisdiction.
