RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• Customer preference: Unused and unopened items only, within 7 days of delivery (customer pays return shipping)
• International returns: Return shipping costs from overseas can be expensive. Please consider this before requesting a return.
• Made-to-order items: No returns or cancellations except for defects
• Defective items: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for replacement or refund
• Defective product handling: We will replace damaged or incorrectly shipped items at our expense
• Purchase quantity limits: Some products may have quantity limits or restrictions on resale
• Technical requirements & notes: Product colors may vary depending on monitor settings / Adhesive products may not be suitable for all skin types
• Cooling-off period: Online purchases are not subject to Japan's cooling-off system
